Educational Qualification:
(i) Assistant General Managers :
- Candidates must have passed the Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB with 3 years of banking experience as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having a minimum of 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank and having skill set in processing credit proposals. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Senior Managers / Chief Managers :
- Candidates must have passed the Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB with a minimum of 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having a minimum of 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank and having a skill set in processing credit proposals or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Managers / Deputy Managers :
- Candidates must have passed the Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB with 3 years of banking experience as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having a minimum of 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank and having the skill set in processing credit proposals or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Assistant Managers :
- Candidates must have passed the Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB with minimum 3 years of banking experience as a Clerical cadre in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector/ New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in credit and handling credit proposals or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University
