Educational Qualification:
Senior Manager (Civil):
- Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 9 years executive experience in construction/maintenance department in a large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large Engineering / Civil Construction Firms or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration):
- Candidates must have passed Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) OR two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) with minimum 9 years executive experience in Personnel/HR/Welfare/IR functions in a manufacturing unit/PSU or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Officer:

- Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Management Trainee (Instrumentation):
- Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Management Trainee (Marketing):
- Candidates must have passed Two years Post Graduate Degree in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 60% marks. - Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering [Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology)] and 2 years experience in the operation of a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plants or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Technician (Process)Sanitary Inspector:
- Candidates must have passed the 10th with Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course from a recognized institution and 5 years’ experience in sanitary administration of industrial establishment / hospitals / Government bodies or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Craftsman (Fitter Cum Mechanic):
- Candidates must have passed 10th with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Mechanic with 2 years experience in the trade in a large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engineering Industry or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Craftsman (Electrical):
- Candidates must have passed the 10th with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Electrician with Wireman licence and 2 years experience as Electrician in a large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants / Electrical Power Generation Plants / Electrical Power Distribution Companies or large establishments in Engineering Industry or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Craftsman (Instrumentation):
- Candidates must have passed the 10thNational Trade Certificate in the trade of Instrumentation with 2 years experience as Craftsman Instrumentation in a large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engineering Industry or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Rigger Assistant:
- Candidates must have passed the 10th with with 5 years experience in Materials handling, Rigging jobs and other works related to plant / equipment / maintenance in a large Fertiliser / Chemical/ Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engineering Industry or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
