Educational Qualification:

Center Administrator:

  • A Woman having a Master’s in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with at least 5 years experience of working on violence against women issues in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non – Government project/ Programme. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.

Senior Counsellor:

  • A Woman having a Master’s in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with at least 3 years experience of working on violence against women issues in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non – Government project/ Programme. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.

Case Worker:

  • A Woman having a Master’s in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management with at least 2 years experience of working on violence against women issues in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non – Government project/ Programme. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.

Pay Scale Details for TN Social Welfare Dept Recruitment 2023:
