Educational Qualification:
(i) Chief Finance Officer:
- Candidates must have a passed Graduate in Any discipline, Graduate in Commerce, Master’s Degree in Finance with 5 – 12 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Chief Resident Engineer:
- Candidates must have a passed Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 – 12 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Geologist:
- Candidates must have a passed M.Sc in Geology with 3 – 10 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Senior Drawing and Design Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with 2 – 10 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Assistant Safety and Health Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma in any Stream, Diploma in Engineering, Graduate in Any Stream, Certification Course on Safety with 4 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Senior Resident:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with 4 – 10 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Section Engineer:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, a Graduate in Civil Engineering with 2 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vii) Drawing and Design Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with 2 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(viii) Assistant Environmental Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma in Management/Environmental Engineering/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with 4 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ix) QS and Billing Engineer:
- Candidates must have a passed Diploma in Civil Engineering/a Graduate in Civil Engineering with 4 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(x) Assistant/Social Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/Post Graduate Degree in Social Science with 4 – 7 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xii) CAD Operator:

(xiii) Real Estate Expert:
- Candidates must have a passed Degree, a Graduate in Urban Planning/ Urban Design/ MBA (Real Estate) with 5 – 8 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xiv) Design Engineer:
- Candidates must have a passed Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering/Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering with 3 – 4 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xv) Executive Accountant:
- Candidates must have passed Any Degree in Commerce/Master’s Degree in Finance with 2 – 4 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
