Educational Qualification:
(i) Manager (O&M) :
- Candidates must have passed Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production / C&I / Electronics / E&C discipline with a 60% Mark and a Minimum of 11 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Manager (Chemistry) :
- Candidates must have passed M.Sc in Chemistry with a 60% Mark or a Minimum of 11 years of Experience the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Manager (Business Planning & Development) :
- Candidates must have passed B.Sc, BE/ B.Tech, and MBA with a 60% Mark and a Minimum of 11 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Manager (Renewable Energy) :
- Candidates must have passed B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Production/ C&I/ Electronics/ E&C with a 60% Mark and a Minimum of 11 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Manager (Hydro Civil Design) :
- Candidates must have passed B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering discipline with a 60% Mark and a Minimum of 11 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Manager (Hydro Civil Construction) :
- Candidates must have passed B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering discipline with a 60% Mark and a Minimum of 11 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

- Maximum Age: 45 years
